We have met once, and talked on the phone several times to discuss various matters of mutual interest, including the Syrian issue. By the way, in this area we cooperate with the US on many things, and although there are challenges and in some ways our positions are contradictory, nevertheless we come up with joint approaches and solutions, which I am pleased about. As for our interstate relations, you can see yourself how they are evolving. Our relations have become hostage to the domestic situation in the United States, as I have repeatedly said. Some forces are using Russia-US relations in pursuit of their domestic agenda. We are patiently waiting for this period in US politics to end. There are fundamental matters of mutual interests, such as non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, fighting cyber-crime, energy policy, by the way, regional conflicts on which we continue to work together, as in Syria, fighting organised crime, terrorism – all these are our common interests. I do hope that sooner or later these fundamental matters of mutual interest will help change the Russia-US relations for the better. John Fraher: But do you think, just getting back to what you said a moment ago, do you think that Donald Trump has become a hostage of the American political system? That seems to be what you just said. Vladimir Putin: I think a person like Mr Trump, with his personality, will never be anybody’s hostage. John Fraher: What would be your advice to him then? Vladimir Putin: Why don’t you give him advice as a voter? What can I recommend? I get my advice from my voters and the US President must get his advice from his. You are one of them. Present your views as instructions from a voter, on your own behalf or on the behalf of a group, a party, a professional community or a business. I know that businesses would definitely recommend him to build normal economic ties with Russia, and not allow competitors to take advantage of the Russian market, and work together for the sake of the US economy. There are many companies that would say this. American companies had the largest representation at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum this summer. We know that we have many friends in the United States who really want to develop relations with us, to establish full-fledged, full-scale cooperation and to improve it.  morning, I’m still reporting on: 2nd Gunman? Revisited, 1819
Synopsis: The easy thing to do at this point is to not do this report. I could follow what FoxNews is doing – celebrating the heroes – and there were many – of what may be seen in future years as this generation’s 9/11 or Kennedy Assassination mystery.
But new information came in overnight that I can’t ignore, and it’s caused me to reassess the possibilities of a 2nd gunman on the 4th floor, and I do try to correct my mistakes.
Two different viewers sent me two different photos of the Mandalay Bay on a sunny day with multiple windows pulled out from the inside.
I can’t find the email back, but earlier in the week, a window installer wrote in saying he had installed these windows and said that it’s easy to take them out for cleaning if you know how to do it. Please write me back so I can have this as a confirmation. Send to: stillreport@gmail.com.
In light of the windows being removable, there are several troubling questions:
- There was police scanner traffic asking officers to investigate a possible second shooter on the 4th floor of the Mandalay Bay. Who responded? What did they see?
- Another thing, in the photos from inside the shooter’s suite on the 32nd floor, all that can be seen are long rifles with 30 or 60-round clips. However, the majority of the volleys captured on cell phone audio involved far more shots in a continuous volley - some more than 100 rounds.
- Here is the video some kids took of the shooting. They were at about this location. There are 72 shots in this volley, with a 2/3 of a second pause in the middle – not enough time to put in a new clip.

- This lady is in a cab stand right in front of the Mandalay Bay. The first volley is over 103 rounds in 9.5 seconds. Then, there is a 24 second pause followed by an 84-round volley

Then, after a half second pause, a different – more distant gun – gets in a 27-round volley. That may have been Stephen Paddock, the man, I now believe was actually the patsy shooter on the 32nd floor.

The brother of the Las Vegas shooter spoke again to reporters again Tuesday in the wake of the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history.

Eric Paddock, speaking outside his Orlando home, said he was having trouble processing "the horror story" after his brother, Stephen Paddock, opened fire on concertgoers in Las Vegas Sunday night, killing 58 people and injuring more than 500 people.

"Steve took care of the people he loved. He helped make me and my family wealthy. He's the reason I was able to retire. This is the Steve we know, we knew. The people he loved and took care of," Eric Paddock said.

In the rambling, emotional interview, Eric Paddock spoke of his family's life and their hardships. He said Stephen Paddock helped make their mother's "retirement very comfortable."

"My mom was born in the Depression, she had a tough life her husband was an a******. She raised four kids on a secretary salary and some of us weren't great kids -- we were bad kids at some level. We grew up poor in San Fernando Valley," he said. (Their father, he acknowledged Monday, was a bank robber who spent years on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list in the 1960s and 70s.)

"My heart is destroyed, for all these people, but I can't tell you why Steve did what he did," Eric Paddock said.

He said he couldn't understand what drove his brother to fire on thousands of concertgoers through two windows on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel.
