This first article lays the foundation of the history of the Federal Reserve by pointing out why there ever was an attempt to grab the controls of the reigns of agencies that produce the money in the US. Before the Revolutionary War, the King of England, George III, working with the central Bank of England, had rejected the new currency of the Colonists in America. At last, a situation was created that led many Americans to rush to withdraw their money from banks immediately. The false belief that it was failing, was all that was needed for the formation of a central bank system to be created in the United States. A secret meeting in 1910 had laid the plans for the Federal Reserve Act. It was passed and signed by President Woodrow Wilson in 1913. After he learned more about the truth of what it would mean to the American people, he deeply regretted it and called himself a "most unhappy man" for having brought it about - largely because of the campaign favors that it would bring him.

One of the supposed reasons that the Federal Reserve was created was that it would create a much greater stability in our banking system. The appearance of failing banks brought the illusion that people needed this stability. It would be able to control inflation, and much more. The truth, however, is that financial chaos and panic was deliberately created by their actions - and many independent banks were destroyed in an effort to bring them under its control.

He focuses on the importance of education and the value of income contingent loans.

Professor Stiglitz is widely recognised as one of the world's leading and influential economists. He is University Professor at Columbia University in New York, having previously taught at Oxford, Yale, MIT, Stanford, and Princeton.

In 2001, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in economics for his analyses of markets with asymmetric information, and he was a lead author of the 1995 Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.

In 2011, Time named Professor Stiglitz one of the 100 most influential people in the world. He is now serving as President of the International Economic Association.

Belinda Thompson is a PhD candidate with the Menzies Centre for Health Policy at ANU. Belinda holds a BA with 1st Class Honours and a Master of Arts from Deakin University. She was recently successful in obtaining an Australian Postgraduate Award.

Belinda is a communications specialist who has worked with several health-related NGOs. Her specific interest in hospitals developed while she was Director of Corporate Affairs for the Hospital of Hope Timor-Leste. She has worked in Thailand and Bangladesh with The Alliance for Safe Children and was the National Communications Manager for the Royal Life Saving Society Australia.

Her thesis will explore the operation of non-government, not-for-profit hospitals and large-scale clinics in developing countries. Her aim is that this research will have a tangible, practical impact on this area of health policy. This aligns with the Menzies Centre for Health Policy vision that Australia and our neighbouring regions have health policies and systems that aim to deliver safe, high quality health care that is sustainable in the long term.

The economy continues to limp along at best. GDP growth is anemic while inflation outstrips growth. Unemployment and poverty are rampant among the lower classes. Disparity of wealth and income is extreme. The dream of prosperity and comfortable lifestyle that was sold to the SA people when Apartheid was abolished remains a dream at best. Rating agencies are threatening to reduce SA's rating to "junk". Many of the remaining white and Afrikaans residents reported feeling increasingly uneasy, even before Zuma's latest attempt to gain political popularity by threatening to take land and businesses from whites and give it to black residents. If Zimbabwe's model is followed, most of the good land will go to government cronies who will not put it to good use, and some will go to small holders who will lack capital and equipment and so will not be able to achieve much more than a low subsistence level.

Turan (Tim) Rifat was born in Brighton in 1957. He has a university science degree and another in education. Whilst doing his Ph.D., the author decided he'd had enough of mechanistic science, so for the past 15 years he has been researching the paranormal, with the aim of developing its physics, as well as carrying out numerous workshops on healing and personal development. His research task took rather longer than imagined, and led to some unfortunate confrontations with 'evil' forces-MI5 being the least of these. Recently, he set up Paranormal Management Systems (PMS), the only company in Europe with expertise in biophysical RMCT that can come close to what the Russians have developed and which outstrips the US knowledge base in the biophysical area. PMS evaluates this military-domain RMCT material and develops it in terms of its applications for business in enhancing profitability and performance. Turan Rifat offers courses and consultancy in the RV/RI field. He is currently writing a book, Remote Viewing: The Story of the Real X-Files, and is planning to follow up this article with one on ESP and telepathy, with reference also to synthetic telepathy.

What do we get? A direct threat to the FBI: "We have a gold mine of evidence relating to 9/11 as an insurance policy that we are willing to release if you do not release Vault 7 of the Hillary findings."

*speculation - I think Wikileaks has sat on this 'insurance policy' by request of the FBI to give them time to organize the case against the Clintons and not have Wikileaks compromise it by leaking the evidence early. While they've held up their end of the bargain, the FBI have failed to release their evidence and so this is a reminder of the consequences
