To the hundreds who have called or written me to verify that this letter was, in fact, authentic. Yes, it is. Yes, I am the author. I did not want to write it but it had to be written. I even waited 2 months before writing it to see if perhaps Director Comey might rectify things. That did not happen. Thank you for your words of support. It means a lot to me. Here is the letter in its entirety.

Sir,

I am writing regarding your public statement in July, 2016 informing the American people that the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton was being closed without referring it to a Federal Grand Jury or the Attorney General of the U. S. for a decision whether or not to indict her. Strangely, you eloquently laid out enough of the evidence deduced from the investigation to strongly indicate there was abundant evidence uncovered during the investigation and interview of her to not only indict but to convict her in Federal Court.­­­­­­­ ­­­­­­However, you personally  re-worded and soft-pedaled the actions she took as Secretary of State describing her actions as "extremely careless” in using a personal email and un-secured server for her communications while Secretary of State. You rewrote the statute, which is not your job.

As a retired Special Agent of the FBI, I have standing to write this letter. My thirty years in law enforcement, including 22 years as a Special Agent with the FBI have given me the knowledge, expertise and experience to question and confront you for your perplexing actions, which (as you well know) were outside the normal standard operating procedure of the FBI and Federal judicial procedures. Some of the finest people in the world proudly carry the credentials of FBI Agent and you have soiled them and not allowed them to speak. But I will not be silent.

Sorry, but NO SIR, MS Clinton was not merely careless or extremely careless. She was not even negligent or grossly negligent (as the statute requires). Hillary Clinton was knowingly purposeful in her decisions and actions to set up a server under her exclusive control and possession in order to control what information was available to the American public and Congress regarding her actions as Secretary of State. Furthermore, she took those government owned communications into her personal possession after leaving her position and knowingly and willingly attempted to destroy them so her nefarious actions could never be known or used as evidence of her corrupt moral character against her.

Sir, what possessed you? Did you cave in to political pressure to unilaterally come to this decision? I fear that is the case, and Rule of Law be damned. I am embarrassed for and ashamed of you. You have set a precedent that can never be rectified….and certainly not justified. Shame on you, Sir. You ought to resign right now in disgrace for what you have done to tarnish the reputation of the finest Law Enforcement Agency in the world…. for entirely political reasons.

Normally, an investigation will be assigned to an agent, or team of agents with one being the Case agent, or the lead investigator. When the investigation is complete, an investigative report will be presented to the U.S. Attorney for the Federal District involved. It would be the U.S. Attorney who decides whether to decline prosecution for that investigation….NOT the FBI agent. But in the Clinton investigation, YOU (unilaterally) decided not to forward the investigation to the U.S. Attorney or the Attorney General of the U.S.  but, instead, personally made the decision not to prosecute her or even provide the information to a Federal Grand Jury.  You were wrong  to take this upon yourself.

Sir, in order to indict a subject, only a preponderance of evidence , or 51% is needed for probable cause to exist. You did not think even that level of probability existed? Who do you think you are fooling? What judicial proceeding did you think you were following?

Throughout my years with the FBI, I (along with my fellow agents) took great pride in conducting each investigation in an unbiased manner regardless of the subject’s position or standing in the community. All were treated equally under the law. But you, Sir, decided to allow this corrupt, evil and nasty human being to go free and unchallenged for her treasonous actions (yes, treasonous, in my opinion) which threatened the security  of this nation. Furthermore, you stopped short of investigating the Clinton Foundation as a RICO case (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization.  This is a RICO case if there ever was one. Even an untrained person can tell from the communications which were recovered that Hillary Clinton spent more time working for the Clinton Foundation while Secretary of State than on State Business. It may be argued that Hillary did not do any State business UNLESS the Clinton Foundation benefitted.  You decided to just let this uncomfortable truth alone without addressing it.

I will conclude with this: Following my retirement from the FBI,  I volunteered for a 12 month tour of duty in Afghanistan as a Law Enforcement Professional, embedded with U.S. forces as a subject matter expert in counter-terrorism investigations.  For most of that year I operated “outside the wire” patrolling with the troops, interviewing witnesses to IED incidents and gathering evidence on the bad guys.  The results of my work would  then be reported through secure channels to the Commanding Officer.  All reports and communications were required to be transmitted via secure and encrypted devices.  Occasionally my remote location in the mountains of Afghanistan made transmission impossible and I would have to fly back to Bagram Air Base in order to securely report to the Commander of the battle space.   It would have been convenient if I could have just called the Commander on my personal cell phone or written him an email on my personal laptop.  But, had I done so I would have been reporting classified information via an unsecured device  and it could have been compromised. These were, relative to Secretary of State communications, low level classifications of Secret.  Had I ever sent even one in such a manner I would have been prosecuted and sent to Federal Prison for 20 years or so.  That is how serious this violation is considered.

Now, because of you, Hillary Clinton is allowed to continue her RICO activities and is running for President of the United States, the most powerful position in the world. You have trampled on the Rule of Law and destroyed the trust of the American people in the FBI and in unbiased enforcement of the law.  How do you sleep at night? It is time for you to go and work for the Clinton Foundation.

Even worse for the “Deep State” aligned Democratic Party, is that of the millions of dollars it has been able to raise this year, it has, in essence, been “arsonated” in their attempting to win US Congressional House races they have deluded themselves into believing they could win. Yesterday's latest example of this Democratic Party delusion, occurred in the State of Georgia where a leftist-communist named Jon Ossoff attempted to beat Trump's Republican Party candidate Karen Handel and though Ossoff was flooded by the Democratic Party with nearly seven-times the money Handle had available to her in the most expensive House race in US history, was soundly defeated by Trump supporters who thunderously chanted his name during Handle's victory celebration, while Ossoff's supporters, like those of Hillary Clinton before him, were left shattered and in tears. Driving the “Deep State” and its mainstream propaganda “fake news” media allies to the point of absolute madness, is the American people awakening to how much they’ve been manipulated by lies and dishonest reporting—and proved no exception in the State of Georgia election with these “fake news” charlatans proclaiming that President Trump's approval rating had plunged to 36%, when no such thing happened as the polling company Rasmussen showed his approval rating at 50%--and who was the ONLY polling organization that told the truth that Trump would become president. And as the “Deep State” and its mainstream propaganda “fake news” media allies have been driven to madness by the American people no longer believing their lies, they have been further pushed to the “edge of insanity” over President Trump being able to go over them and talk directly to his citizens via social media, and that they can’t stop him from doing no matter how hard they try and whose social media followers now number over 109 million to include, 32.6 million followers on Twitter @Real Donald Trump, 18.9 million followers @POTUS, 14.7 million followers @White House, 22.4 million followers on Facebook at Donald J. Trump, 1.7 million followers on Facebook at President Donald J. Trump, 8.3 million followers on Facebook at White House, and 10.6 million followers on Instagram at @Real Donald Trump and @White House. At the same time that President Trump is devastating Hillary Clinton's Democratic Party, his Trumpian forces moving in on the “Deep State” are making progress too and as evidenced by Trump's Special Prosecutor, Robert Muller, now targeting the Iranian-American businessman Bijan Rafiekian (aka Bijan R. Kian) whom the SVR has identified as being a “Clinton mole”. Important to note about Special Prosecutor Robert Muller, is his long “hatred/disgust” with Hillary Clinton following her issuing to him (when she was the Obama regimes Secretary of State), on 16 August 2009, when he was FBI Director, a secret “action request” ordering him to hand over to the SVR a sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) in a “secret plane-side tarmac meeting” in Moscow that violated all normal US and Russian protocols and procedures for the transfer of such deadly atomic materials. To the Hillary Clinton “mole” Bijan R. Kian now being targeted by Special Prosecutor Muller, he was “inserted/placed” into a company named Flynn Intel Group founded by General Mike Flynn—who was the Obama regimes Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Bijan R. Kian, became Hillary Clinton's “mole” in General Flynn's company one week after President Trump announced his candidacy in July, 2015—and became that companies Vice Chairman Of The Board of Directors. At the time Bijan R. Kian became associated with General Flynn's Flynn Intel Group, he was, also, the Chairman of The Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of a company named GreenZone Systems, Inc and that in August, 2015, began merger negotiations with a shadowy “Deep State” intelligence software company named SAIFE, and that was completed on 27 April 2017. Important to note about SAIFE, is that was, in fact, the “main/central” secret communication link between Bijan R. Kian and Hillary Clinton facilitated by that companies Vice President of Operations and Chief Legal Counsel, named Justin Freeh, who aside from being a former US Navy intelligence officer, is the son of President Bill Clinton's FBI Director Louis Freeh. With both former FBI Director Louis Freeh and his son Justin Freeh being suspected members of the Catholic Church organization known as Opus Dei, they were both natural “Deep State” allies with Hillary Clinton's intention to destroy both America and President Trump so much so, in fact, Louis Freeh, in 2009, became a citizen of Italy in case their plot to carry out their coup d’etat failed and he needed to escape the US. To how the Clinton-Freeh-Opus Dei coup plotters utilized their “mole” Bijan R. Kian against President Trump, was to destroy Trump's National Security Adviser General Flynn and that they successfully accomplished by Bijan R. Kian secretly negotiating without General Flynn's knowledge a $600,000 contract with Turkey saying that the Flynn Group would represent their interests in the US. Even more insidious then Bijan R. Kian making this deal with Turkey, that General Flynn was unaware of, Kian then hired a writer named Hank Cox to fine tune an article praising Turkey he had written—and that Kian then had published in The Hill under General Flynn's name—and that Hank Cox was kept in the dark about with his stating, “I assumed since Bijan was the one who hired me, that he had written it and with Cox being baffled when he learned the op-ed had appeared under Flynn's name further said “I was only vaguely aware of General Flynn at the time but I had no idea I was working for him or his company”. By Bijan R. Kian's treachery, General Flynn was, indeed, destroyed leaving President Trump no recourse but to fire him as his National Security Advisor, but at the same time still praising him as a “good guy” and asking then FBI Director James Comey to pursue Hillary Clinton for causing it all, and when Comey refused, firing him too. Though former FBI Director Comey failed to go after Hillary Clinton and her “Deep State” allies trying to destroy President Trump, the same cannot be said of Trump's State Department who is now moving against her to not only cancel her security clearance, but have, also, opened up a new investigation into her handling of classified and top secret emails for which she can still be criminally charged for abusing—and that Special Prosecutor Muller is hot the heels of too

 The controversy around Hillary Clinton and her fabled private email servers are cause for much alarm. It looks like the feds are finally starting to close in!Senate Judiciary Committee leaders sent letters to the former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, as well as other high-ranking officials on the Left. The leaders are investigating the notion that high ranking Democrats interfered with the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton, via Washington Examiner.

Four different senators composed the letters before they were sent out. The panel includes Chairman Chuck Grassley, Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein, Crime and Terrorism Subcommittee Chairman Lindsey Graham, and Ranking Member Sheldon Whitehouse.In reading the various stories run by The New York Times and Washington Post, there seems to be one trend. They claim the FBI received hacked documents that revealed troubling information about Loretta Lynch. She said in multiple emails that she was confident she could keep the Clinton investigation from “going too far.”
It’s beyond sick that Lynch would even make such a statement. Hillary is OBVIOUSLY guilty of breaking the law on multiple occasions. There’s no doubt that Hillary is offering Lynch something for her support and protection. Perhaps an endorsement — perhaps money. It could be any number of things.One thing IS for sure, despite everything else. We can be sure there’s a cover-up taking place here. The letters sent out from the Senate are going to reveal some troubling information about how far the left has gone to cover Hillary’s tracks.

At this point, Clinton can run from her problems as long as she likes. She’s not going to get away with this scandal. People are waking up and realizing just how corrupt she is, and it’s NOT sitting well with many — even some people on the Left are sick of her lying, are tired of the corruption, and are sick of supporting a dishonest party.It’s ironic that Hillary claims Trump “stole” the election from her, and that the loss was EVERYONE’S fault (but her own). At the same time, she had ALL the tools she needed to win the election illegally, and she couldn’t even do that right.

Hillary should start getting nervous right about now. It’s not going to end well for her. Sooner or later, all the people lying, and covering for her, are going to break down. Once that wall of defense gives out, NOTHING will stand between Clinton and a jail cell.The patriots of this country have been waiting for Clinton’s arrest for years. The walls are starting to close in, and soon, we’ll have our wish. Once she’s sitting alone in that jail cell, she’s going to have no one to blame but herself. Russians sure didn’t land her there!
