President Barack Obama's approval rating has fallen badly in the national polls. His ratings are historically low: the second lowest in modern history at this point of a Presidency. Here come the excuses. Obama desperately wants us to believe it's all because he's black.
Hes Very competent at carrying out what hes being told to do n so is most of the government that put up with his acts. And if he wasn't they the evil would put in someone that would.
