We are all very much aware of the impact China has on the world economy. We have already seen commodities and stock markets plummet as a result of its economic slowdown, and this causes one to question whether its economy can survive and prosper or if total economic collapse is possible.

‘An economic collapse may occur due to the government’s inability to support state-subsidized industries as well as capital flight prompting a devaluation of the country’s currency.

Seasoned financial analysts state that conditions in China look as bad as those in America just before the 2008 crisis or Korea during the 1997 Asian crisis.

While some analysts and investors disagree with this outlook, they are quick to accept that China’s economy is headed for at least a gentle slowdown. In a recent report, the Bank of America (BofA) claimed that the country will experience currency devaluation as it changes to a services-based economy. Market forces will thwart the Chinese authorities’ efforts to control the economy and capital flows through official dictats. In addition, major companies in key industries seem to be on the brink of a liquidity crisis while the ability of repeated fiscal and monetary stimulus packages appears to be diminishing.

So what do you think? Do you agree or disagree? Our broad consensus is that there will be a serious decline in economic growth in 2016 for China but we are not quite persuaded yet, of an all-out collapse occurring.

U.S. DOLLAR COLLAPSE 2016 - China Orders Banks To Drop The USD

China have suspended their banks from the Foreign Exchange markets and ordered them to stop buying U.S. Dollars. China’s foreign exchange regulator has ordered bank’s to limit the purchases of U.S. dollars for at least one month in an attempt to stem capital outflows. The move comes as China reported its biggest annual drop in foreign exchange reserves on record in 2015, while the central bank has allowed a sharp slide in the Yuan currency to multi-year lows, raising fears of more capital flight.

All banks in certain trading hubs, including Shenzhen, received the order recently, the people added. They declined to be identified because they are not allowed to speak to the media.

Officials at State Administration of Foreign Exchange did not immediately respond to comment.

China also suspended forex business for some foreign banks, including Deutsche, DBS and Standard Chartered at the end of last year.

While three sources for this story claim they were told that this is an effort to stem the outflow of capital, a different source says something altogether different is taking place: the belief in China that the US Dollar is now worthless and will soon totally collapse as a currency, leaving everyone who holds dollars, broke. That’s why China is doing everything it can to shed US Dollar currency. The way it’s being done, however, is a “useful guise” for the Chinese to prevent the collapse from taking place too early and leaving them stuck

BANNED! World War 3 is upon us!

China has over 3000 nukes. Even if their tech is still behind ours, they have us on sheer numbers. In a ground war, if they somehow decided to invade and made landfall, we'd most likely loose in a war of attrition. They have a standing army of over a million, and could field millions more troops. It would be hard here in the US for us to get a million troops mobilized unless we instituted the draft. Any geopolitical analyst with half a brain can easily see what's going on right now on the world stage. The pieces are being moved into place and the countries of the world are aligning with one side or another. The world stage right now has a striking resemblance to the situation before WW1 in some ways and before WW2 in others. It won't be much longer now in my opinion. At the longest, we're looking at a conflict that will go hot by 2020 or 2030, and that's if the build up keeps dragging out. To me things look like they are accelerating so I think it will be sooner than that. If the right/wrong situation occurs it could be before 2020. I wish I could say I was wrong, that there would be no WW3, but it is inevitable and we'll all be the ones to suffer for it no matter what country we're from or live in. China is now the worlds number one economic super power, even though the US military is still slightly stronger than theirs, China has tripled it's military spending and growth in just the last few years. Strategically, the Chinese are masters of surprise attacks and of turning any situation into a winning situation for them. Aside from the 1800's and early 1900's, China has always been a world super power, but they were insulated and kept mostly to themselves. Had China invaded the middle east and Europe back during one of their great dynastic periods, they would have made Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Genghis Khan, and Attila the Hun look like minor footnotes in history. When WW3 kicks off, we're all fucked.
