Comparing the largest chemical plant explosion in history to the explosions in Ukraine. Never in recorded history have there been explosions this large that were not attributed to nuclear explosions. The Chemical plant story does not check out and it looks like small tactical nukes were used in the battle between Ukraine and Russian separatists. The soldiers who fired the rockets at the targets said they didn't know what they hit, perhaps they didn't know what they fired instead?
