Stop Big Brother before it is too late

So is our demise more "1984" or "Brave New World"? I'm guessing an unholy melding of the two... Look at all the people who are willingly wearing those movement sensor things: "Oooh, look! I walked 60,000 steps this week!" 




We enable the worst in humanity... and we are to blame for our own slavery. The thing thats really scary here is that they do it for the fame and money but don't see their work is coopted for evil things. Taken in another direction, their inventions may have some value, but when it is repurposed for destructive ends, nobody wins. I hope they can take the time to see the forest for the trees. We could use intelligence they have to do better things than "taking out dots".
