Radioactive water leaks at Fukushima plant
100 tonnes of highly radioactive water has leaked from a tank at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant.An official for the Tokyo Electrical Company says the radioactive water overflowed after a valve was left open by mistake and sent too much contaminated water into a separate holding area.
