Obama is the first Black Jimmy Carter and he brought the Misery Index back to life.Obama has spent more money than all the other presidents combined and what does he have to show for it except a bad economy, 17 trillion in debt, and an unaffordable health care act? Rush is RIGHT ON! However, Obama's term is much, much worse than Jimmah's. And because of Obama, Carter will no longer be the worst, most incompetent president in history.......now he's #2
