BREAKING: Federal Judge Rules NSA Spying Unconstitutional

Score one for Liberty! Today a Federal Judge rules NSA spying unconstitutional!

Klayman v. Obama was settled today and I'm happy to say the government's program of collecting domestic phone communication records was ruled unconstitutional by a federal court... and it's about time.

Judge Richard Leon said the surveillance program was a violation of privacy rights.

His exact words were...

"I cannot imagine a more 'indiscriminate' and 'arbitrary invasion' than this systematic and high-tech collection and retention of personal data on virtually every citizen..."

He went on to say that, "such a program infringes on 'that degree of privacy' that the Founders enshrined in the Fourth Amendment."

Judge Leon also said the Justice Department failed to demonstrate that collecting the information had helped to eliminate ANY terrorist attacks...

WIth all that said .. and a Federal Judge officially ruling NSA spying unconstitutional...Do you think the spying program will end? What are YOUR thoughts on the ruling?
