Once organs become a commodity middle and lower income people who can't afford to pay thousands of dollars for an organ won't be able to receive organ transplants. Only the wealthy will.
You said it. Privatization does favor the wealthy and the poor and weak are left out in the cold. Your bragging how hard people have to work for private companies for less pay. Sounds like the rich company owners taking advantage of people by paying them low wages and expecting their workers to not lift their head up from their work for the entire shift. Thumbs down to privatization.
