Killing prisoners of war IS a WAR CRIME but that's not a red line I guess, unless it can be spun to be blamed on Assad somehow. Maybe the "Syrian Electronic Army" can be blamed for "faking" those videos by dressing up as rebels and dressing up rebels to look like Syrian army prisoners...
