Obama's Nobel Peace Prize: time to give it back?

Russia and the U.S. reach an agreement on the idea of international control over Syria's chemical weapons, after Obama came all too close to striking yet another foreign nation. But America's military option remains on the table. Is it time for Obama to send his Nobel Peace Prize back to Stockholm, as diplomatic patience dwindles? RT's Anastasia Churkina reports.
