Navy Yard False Flag Attack : 13 dead in Washington DC, gunmen could be at large

Thirteen people have been killed in a mass shooting at a Navy Yard in Washington DC. One of the suspects died at the scene while its believed at least one more is still on the loose. A number of government buildings, including Congress, have been placed on lock down as a precaution.
