Although the big Vatican/Rothschild love-fest at the United Nations is continuing even as this weekly goes out, it is already clear that the hopes for massive changes in how we run this planet have not been realized. What we saw instead was theatrics, the reopening of old wounds and vague promises to do good things by 2030. The biggest insult to the intelligence of people around the world was Chinese President Xi Jinping’s promise to spend $1 billion a year until then on fighting poverty. On a global scale this is less than chickenfeed and amounts to about 0.0003 cents per day for the world’s poorest people.
Then there was the agreement announced by so many countries, including China, the United States and Russia, to take action against “global warming.” This made it clear the “global warming” Rothschild faction was on the ascendant and the perpetual “war on terror” Bush/Netanyahu/Neocon faction was losing the cabal power struggle.
Another sign the Bush/Neocon/Netanyahu Zionazi faction is losing was the fact Bush/Netanyahu allies such US House Speaker John Boehner and “ISIS tsar” General John Allen were both forced to resign last week. Boehner was told by Pope Francis to resign because he sponsored the trip in March by war criminal Benyamin Netanyahu to speak to the Congress, according to CIA sources. General Allen was forced to quit because he was “cooking intelligence,” “sabotage,” and supporting ISIS with airdrops, according to Pentagon sources.
The White Dragon faction supports the removal of these individuals but believes the military industrial complex needs to take much bigger, bolder action on behalf of the people of the planet. Marine General Joseph Dunford was sworn in last week as top military honcho and is expected to give the WDS a big boost in its efforts to take control of the financial system, and thus the world’s future, from inbred families and return it to the people.
If the new leadership at the Pentagon takes action against the Federal Reserve Board criminals, they can return $300,000 in stolen funds to each and every man, woman and child in the US and have plenty for the rest of the world too. The WDS will be happy to explain exactly how this can be done.
For now though, the most visible and dramatic changes continue to take place in the Midde-East where Israel is being liberated from Zionazi fascist control.
Last week war-criminal Israeli leader Benyamin Netanyahu and a delegation of generals went to Russia to seek protection and reassurances. The Israelis were “treated like
the thugs they are,” according to Pentagon sources. The Israelis were told that a large portion of the population of Israel was of Russian origin and that there would be no danger to the citizens of Israel in the event of the overthrow of the Zionazis. However, “when Putin told bibi (Netanyahu) that Syria cannot open a second front against Israel he meant that Russia, China, Iran and Hezbollah will,” Pentagon sources familiar with the meeting said.
There are proliferating signs it is end game for the Nazionist nightmare regime in that country. China, for example, is now fully aware that it was agents of the Netanyahu regime who detonated the small nuclear weapon in Tianjin in August. For that reason a Chinese fleet and Chinese troops are now headed to Syria. Hezbollah has also now been supplied with 75 tanks to use against the Satanic regime in Israel.
There is also a concerted international effort under-way to hunt down and destroy Israel’s fleet of nuclear armed submarines. The French Mistral helicopter carriers that were supposed to be sent to Russia are now going to Egypt where they will be equipped by the Russians and join the Russian fleet in actions against the Israeli submarines, the Pentagon sources say. Furthermore, at the end of the day, the Egyptians might sell these ships at a discount to the Russians anyway.
There is also a lot of pressure being applied on Germany to stop them from supplying any more submarines to the Zionazi regime, the sources say. For example, when Egyptian President Sisi met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on September 25th he added his voice to US and Russian requests to stop supplying submarines to Israel. He also informed her that Egypt and Syria were thinking of joining the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
The Germans are also considering seriously leaving NATO and joining the SCO, according to German second Reich faction sources. Germany has been put under a lot of pressure recently because it has blocked its borders to the hired “Syrian refugees” being sent into their country. That is the real reason why Volkswagen has suddenly been attacked for “faking CO2 emission data,” according to the German sources. Other German auto makers are also now expected to get hit with similar claims, they say. The result has only been to alienate German industrialists and strengthen their resolve to once again achieve real independence, they continue.
The Germans are, in fact, preparing to nationalize their banks and reinstate the Deutschemark in reaction to an expected up-coming implosion of Deutschebank, the sources said. This of course would put a quick end to the Euro.
The end of the Euro, of course, would once again bring into question the viability of the US dollar and the Federal Reserve Board. There was a lot of speculation that when Fed Chairperson Janet Yellen kept losing her voice during a speech last week and required medical attention, it was because she was emotionally distraught at some imminent announcements related to the Fed. On this front, multiple sources continue to confirm the US dollar and the Federal Reserve Board are being put under new management.
It is not clear exactly what is to be announced but, the US corporate government’s year end comes this Wednesday, September 30th. The US Government has been cooking its books by keeping the debt frozen at exactly $25 million under the legal limit since March 15th. If, as expected, the US government fails to make payments due on September 30, it will be given until October 17th to come up with the money. That is why we have a lot of serious horse trading ahead of us in the coming weeks.
Public statements last week by the Pope, US President Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping make clear some of the conditions the US has to meet if it is to avoid bankruptcy. They all agree China needs a bigger vote in the IMF and needs to continue linking the Yuan to the US dollar.
The fact JP Morgan, Citibank and Goldman Sachs were not invited to the state dinner for Chinese President Xi Jinping also makes it obvious the US faction behind the Federal Reserve Board must be removed as a condition for further Chinese financing.
The public announcements made by the US and China last week also make it certain there is an effort underway to systematically and inextricably link the US and Chinese economies, military forces and governments on multiple levels. This includes a promise by the US government to teach Mandarin Chinese to 1 million US children by 2020. The Chinese are also asking for more access to US high tech in exchange for continued funding of the US government. Talks on allowing further Chinese investment in the US real economy, though, were not concluded, indicating a power struggle continues.
There were also indications the power struggle inside the Washington D.C. establishment is not over. The Pentagon put pressure on Defense Secretary Ashton Carter to meet and reconcile with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu. This was supposed to be followed up on in a meeting between Putin and Obama on the 28th. At this meeting, and at his UN speech, Obama reiterated Zionazi lies about the Ukraine, Syria, Libya and ISIS, making it clear he put more precedence on orders given to him by the Rothschilds than on Pentagon pressure for a US/Russian military alignment against Israel and China.
Getting back to the UN, there is still hope the entire meeting will not be written off as just an empty talking head festival. All the world’s top leaders speaking there agreed on the need for major action against environmental destruction and poverty.
Many also agreed on the need to develop new energy technology. For example, Putin, in his speech, said “We have to focus on introducing fundamental and new technologies,” hopefully meaning the Russian introduction of Tesla and other suppressed energy technology. India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for his part, said “Our national plans are ambitious and purposeful: new capacity of 175 GW of renewable energy over the next seven years; energy efficiency; a tax on coal; a huge afforestation programme; reforming our transportation; and, cleaning up our cities and rivers.” There are also unconfirmed reports India is releasing suppressed energy technology.

Breaking Hackers Successfully Breached The Power Grid 159 Times

Cyber attackers successfully compromised the security of U.S. Department of Energy computer systems more than 150 times between 2010 and 2014, according to a review of federal records obtained by USA TODAY.

Incident reports submitted by federal officials and contractors since late 2010 to the Energy Department's Joint Cybersecurity Coordination Center shows a near-consistent barrage of attempts to breach the security of critical information systems that contain sensitive data about the nation's power grid, nuclear weapons stockpile and energy labs.

The records, obtained by USA TODAY through the Freedom of Information Act, show DOE components reported a total of 1,131 cyberattacks over a 48-month period ending in October 2014. Of those attempted cyber intrusions, 159 were successful.

Financial crises are consistent in one way, and one way only: They’re far more sexy when your neighbors are wearing them. When you suffer your own, runaway inflation becomes infuriating rather than exotic, and bogus bank scams go from intriguing to fist-clenching.
It’s all fine and well until it hits you squarely across the jaw. Which is what the people who run (or, more aptly, misguide) the United States have just done to the general population. For all the progress we’re making, a purple elephant might as well be running the show.
Which leads to a deeper question. Namely, does anyone run the show during a financial crisis? Is there any way to skip out of one as quickly as it enveloped you? Check out these ten nasty crises, and see for yourself:

10. Swedish Financial Crisis (1990-1994)
Cause: In 1985, Sweden deregulated its credit market, leading to a commercial property speculation bubble. Between 1990-94, the bubble burst, leaving 90% of the banking sector with massive losses, including all of Sweden’s largest banks.

9. United States Savings and Loan Crisis (1986-1989)
Cost: $160.1 billion ($124.6 billion taxpayer money) and 747 United States savings and loan associations.
Causes: Policy expert Bert Ely says old, incompetent policies were behind the mess.
Among them:
-The government picked S&L’s, traditionally funded by short-term deposits, to finance long-term, fixed-rate mortgages. Whenever short-term interest rates went up, S&Ls lost money on their long-term mortgages, leading to negative mortgage interest rate spreads.
Moral of the story: When the government puts impossible restrictions on a bank’s ability to make money, the bank finds a workaround to keep its bottom line working. When the Fed makes a change that blows the lid off the bank’s workaround, the whole system collapses.

8. Northern Rock Bailout (Great Britain, 2007)
Causes: Financial services expert Martin Upton says that when vast numbers of mortgage holders with bad credit in the United States defaulted on their loans, financial institutions around the world became cautious about lending one another money. After all, nobody was sure how much money their exposure to the US subprime crisis would lose them.
As a result, liquidity around the world went down, while interest rates went up. Unlike the United States, the Bank of England did not flood the markets with billions of dollars to get liquidity back up. Banks were, for the most part, on their own.
Enter Northern Rock. Northern Rock’s lucrative mortgage business (comprising about 40% of company assets), was located in a company in the (tax-sheltered) Channel Islands called Granite.
Granite was a charitable trust set up to benefit a Down’s Syndrome charity. However, Granite never donated any of its £45 billion of assets to the charity. Instead, it acted as a securitization vehicle, selling “asset-backed securities” to investors and replacing maturing mortgages with new ones.
Bank shares to fell 72%.
Action: An internal report released in March 2008 cited inadequate government supervision during the Northern Rock crisis, but blamed the bank’s collapse on its senior management.
Moral of the story: Repackaging debt as assets in a fake nonprofit only works when the economy is going smoothly. Don’t build your entire business out of this practice and expect to survive.

Dr Paul Craig Roberts: You know many of the Greek governments have been known for their corruption and it appears that much of the existing Greek sovereign debt was created by foreign banks coming to governments and saying, “Hey, - for example, this is an example. A German bank comes and says, “Wouldn’t you like to borrow a few billion Euros and then you can buy some German submarine in Germany. And by the way here’s a bagful of money for going along with the deal.” So a great deal of the loans never came into the Greek economy. The Greek government was there collecting the fee for indebting Greece so that for example German manufacturers could get orders. So that’s origin of a lot of this. That’s one way they got in trouble. Another way they got in trouble was by joining the E.U., by joining the Euro because any government that is a member of the Euro zone; you see the British are in E.U. but they’re not in the euro, they kept their own currency. They have their own central bank, so the British government can finance itself but not the governments that are dependent on the Euro because they can’t print Euros. They essentially don’t have a central bank and so they cannot finance themselves. So a country that can’t finance itself is not really sovereign. So these are the two ways they into the trouble. And of course they were helped in to the Euro by Goldman Sachs which came in and devised a scheme for the Greek government to hide the debt. They created I think some kind of derivatives that sort of hid the debt so that they met the requirements for joining in to the Euro. So Goldman Sachs played a hand in this as well. So that’s how it came about.

Nomi Prins -- Federal Reserve Transition to Destruction

 Former top Wall Street banker Nomi Prins says we are headed for a calamity and the “Fed put themselves in a catch 22” situation with a very bad policies to bailout the banks.  Diane Coyle, OBE (born February 1961), is an economist and a former advisor to the UK Treasury. She is Vice-Chairman of the BBC Trust, the governing body of the British Broadcasting Corporation, and was a member of the UK Competition Commission until its termination in April 2014. She is a part-time professor at the University of Manchester.

Coyle was born in Bury, Lancashire,[4][5] and attended a grammar school, where a teacher engaged her "very sceptical and mathematical" mind with the logical way of thinking required in economics.[5] She did her undergraduate studies at Brasenose College, Oxford, reading philosophy, politics, and economics, before gaining an MA and a PhD in Economics from Harvard University, graduating in 1985[6][7] with thesis titled The dynamic behaviour of employment (wages, contracts, productivity, business cycle).

Coyle was an economist at the UK Treasury from 1985 to 1986, and later became the European Editor of Investors Chronicle between 1993 and 2001 and economics editor of The Independent.

She has written a series of books focused on educating people about different aspects of economics. She has said that her first book, The Weightless World (1997), was a contribution to the creation of a radical centre.[10] Another book explores concepts of "enoughness" and sustainability.[11]

Coyle is managing director of Enlightenment Economics,[12] an economic consultancy to large corporate clients and international organisations, specialising in new technologies and globalisation. Coyle is a Visiting Professor at the University of Manchester's Institute for Political and Economic Governance.[6] She is employed by EDF Energy on its stakeholder advisory panel,[13] on which her former BBC Trust colleague Chris Patten also sits.[14] Coyle is also a member of the UK Border Agency's Migration Advisory Committee.[6][15]

Coyle is: a former member of the UK's Competition Commission,[16] member of the Royal Economic Society and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Coyle was previously a presenter on BBC Radio 4[4] and has been a member of the BBC Trust since November 2006.[17][18] On 7 April 2011 the Queen approved Coyle's appointment as the Vice-Chairman of the BBC Trust, the governing body of the British Broadcasting Corporation.[19]

WASHINGTON (AP) — Sophie Cruz's encounter with the pope during a parade in Washington this week looked to be one of those spontaneous, once-in-a-lifetime-moments Francis has become known for.

But for 5-year-old Sophie, the chance to wrap her arm around the pope's neck as he offered a hug, kiss and a blessing unfolded as perfectly as it was scripted by members of a coalition of Los Angeles-based immigration rights groups. For nearly a year the group had been preparing the young girl from suburban Los Angeles to make a dash for the popemobile to deliver a message about the plight of immigrant parents living in the country illegally.

They had even pulled off a similar public-relations coup a year ago in Rome with a 10-year-old girl meeting the pope.

"We planned to do this from the moment we learned he was coming to the States," Juan Jose Gutierrez of the Full Rights for Immigrants Coalition told The Associated Press. "We have been working for a while now trying to sensitize the American public that dealing with immigration is not just dealing with the people who came in without proper documents but that we also have ... countless children whose parents are undocumented."

Gutierrez said the group decided to use the children of immigrants to represent their push for an immigration overhaul to the pope, a staunch supporter of migrants. "We have been looking for children to make the case that we as adults have been making for years," he said.

If Sophie had been unsuccessful in Washington attracting the pope's attention, Gutierrez said, she would have traveled with the group to New York and then Philadelphia to try again.

Though initially hesitant as security officials approached along the parade route, Sophie refused to the leave the pope's side Wednesday until a bodyguard took a handwritten letter and a T-shirt.

Her note to Francis detailed fears that her parents, immigrants from Mexico who don't have legal status in the United States, could be deported. But that risk is slight under the Obama administration's policies, which focus on deporting serious criminals.

"I believe I have the right to live with my parents," Sophie told the AP after her moment with the pope. "I have the right to be happy. My dad works very hard in a factory galvanizing pieces of metal. All immigrants just like my dad feed this country. They deserve to live with dignity. They deserve to live with respect."

Though Sophie was selected to hand-deliver an immigration message to Francis, Gutierrez said she crafted her own letter to the pope and wasn't prompted what to tell reporters who caught up with her later.

"She didn't have anyone coaching her," Gutierrez said. "She just spoke from her heart. It all came from her."

The same group orchestrated an equally successful effort in Rome last year with 10-year-old Jersey Vargas, who pleaded with Francis to urge President Barack Obama to free her immigrant father from a Louisiana detention center. Following Jersey's encounter, a relative helped post bond for the jailed dad.

Since her moment with the pope was captured on live television, Sophie has been interviewed by a variety of news outlets, and Thursday she met with Mexico's ambassador to the United States, Miguel Basanez.

Sophie and her supporters were preaching to the choir with Francis. In his remarks at the White House before the parade, the pope said, "As the son of an immigrant family, I am happy to be a guest in this country, which was largely built by such families." And in a historic speech to a joint meeting of Congress on Thursday, he urged lawmakers to respond to the migration crisis in Europe and U.S. immigration issues "in a way which is humane, just and fraternal."

As stage-managed as Sophie's effort was, that the pigtailed-5-year-old was able to wriggle her way onto the parade route along Constitution Avenue and get the pope's attention required a lot of luck considering the massive security entourage surrounding the pontiff.

Gutierrez said Sophie's success was helped by "being in the right spot at the right time," adding that he thought Francis may also have remembered meeting Jersey.
