GLOBAL PROTESTS Planned Against MONSANTO & GMO Foods - MAY 25th 2013. Will You be PROTESTING?

Countless individuals will soon assemble in small and large groups around the nation and the globe alike in protest against Monsanto's genetic manipulation of the food supply. Organized under the May 25th movement known as the 'March on Monsanto', the massive new rally reveals how the grassroots public has truly had enough of Monsanto's monopoly on the many staple crops that have quickly been sucked into Monsanto's genetically modified tycoon.

It's virtually impossible these days to enter a grocery store, even one bearing the title of 'natural', and not encounter at least a few items that contain genetically modified ingredients. And for quite some time, this fact was not even known to the large majority of the United States public. Many simply did not even know what a GMO was, or what it could potentially do to their bodies (or the bodies of the children who they were feeding with genetically engineered processed food).

This, of course, stems from the fact that the FDA and Monsanto have decided that you aren't allowed to know if your food contains GMOs. Even despite the fact that peer-reviewed research has pegged Monsanto's best selling herbicide Roundup (which is a key part of Monsanto's Roundup-ready GMO crops) to around 37 associated diseases, the FDA says it's perfectly safe. So safe that it's not even necessary to label in your food. So very safe that the only study that ever examined how Roundup and GMOs affect rats throughout their lifetime found that the rats developed tumors so large that it impacted their very ability to move.

It's madness that has been identified for a long time by alternative news writers and readers, but thanks to the success of Prop 37 and other initiatives it has now hit the general public — and they're not happy.

The Grassroots Will End Monsanto

Now enter campaigns like the March on Monsanto, which is slated to happen around the world on May 25th. It's a grassroots event that has turned into a major organized movement thanks to countless local activists. The event is going on in major cities like San Diego and New York City, to small towns and even rural areas. It's all being organized online via an open Google Document, where you can find the protest nearest to you and be a part of it. There's also many open slots for organizers and speakers, so if you're interested in that be sure to check that out as well.

The beauty of these events is that they are really the most effective at taking down any type of corrupt entity, as the grassroots aspect just empowers so many individuals without an underlying motivation for profits or anything of that sort. It really just comes down to people who want to eat real food and not some junk that's spliced with the genetics of a spider. Or more importantly, the few people who understand that if we don't stop genetically modified organisms today, they will develop technologically into what's known as things like 'biopharmaceutical' crops tomorrow.

I've said this back in 2011 and 2012, and I really do believe the grassroots will destroy Monsanto within the next 3-4 years (at most). The company has gotten away with Agent Orange and the hundreds of thousands of deaths from that, it has gotten away with horrendous pollution dumps, it has truly gotten away with so much that the average 'small business' (a business that isn't in bed with the government agencies policing it) would never be able to. And the people aren't having it anymore.

The reason for the demonstration is to show the GMO company and legislators that people have the right to know what is in the food they eat. Many consumers, activist and environmentalists are against the Agriculture Appropriations Bill that President Obama signed into law which protects these companies from litigation. There's "no question" someone from Hillary Clinton's circle - if not the former secretary of state herself - was involved in the "cover-up" of any missteps by the administration following an attack on a U.S. consulate last Sept. 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa told CBS News.. "If Hillary Clinton is not responsible for the before, during and after mistakes... it's somebody close," Issa said. "There certainly are plenty of people close to the former secretary who knew, and apparently were part of the problem".. Ahead of a hearing on Benghazi in Issa's committee this week, Fox News reported that Mark I. Thompson, the deputy coordinator for operations in the State Department's counterterrorism bureau, will testify that Clinton attempted to cut out the bureau from communications about the attack.. Such charges would likely cripple not only Clinton's pristine record as secretary, but also the chance that she'll decide to launch a presidential bid in 2016.. Those close to Clinton who may have engaged in "deliberately, premeditated lying to the American people," Issa said, could include Under Secretary for Management Patrick Kennedy or Beth Jones, acting assistant secretary for near eastern affairs at the State Department.. In excerpts of an interview with investigators released Sunday, Greg Hicks - the No. 2 official in Libya at the time of the attack that killed Amb. Chris Stevens and three other Americans - claimed that "everybody in the mission" thought the strike was a terrorist act "from the get-go".. Meanwhile former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee predicted that President Barack Obama won't finish out his second term in light of the "cover-up" of the deadly attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and the former Arkansas governor called the affair "more serious than Watergate".. "I believe that before it's all over, this president will not fill out his full term. I know that puts me on a limb," he said. "But this is not minor. It wasn't minor when Richard Nixon lied to the American people and worked with those in his administration to cover-up what really happened in Watergate. But, I remind you — as bad as Watergate was, because it broke the trust between the president and the people, no one died. This is more serious because four Americans did in fact die".. Huckabee, however, said his predication about Obama "will not happen" if the Democrats seize control of the House and retain control of the Senate next year.. "If they're able to get control of the House and maintain the Senate, this will not happen because they won't let it happen," Huckabee said.. "And they won't let it happen not because they're protecting just the president, they're trying to protect their entire political party. If they try to protect the president and their party, and do so at the expense of the truth, their president and their party will go down. Now, here's what I'm going to suggest will happen — as the information and facts begin to come out, it will become so obvious that there was a concerted and very, very deliberate attempt to mislead this country and its people to lie to Congress, as well as to you".. And as the truth about the deadly attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi emerges, Huckabee said, "they will have lost the right to govern".. "The highest levels of people in the United States government all the way up to the president knew that what they did tell us was not true," he said. "And they continued to tell it throughout an election season and beyond, and they've tried to change the subject. And when the facts come out, they will not be able to stand. They will have lost the right to govern".. What happened with Benghazi is not a "political issue" — "this goes all the way to the heart of the integrity of the United States government," Huckabee said.. "When a president lies to the American people and is part of a cover-up, he cannot continue to govern," Huckabee said.. "And as the facts come out, I think we're going to see something startling. And before it's over, I don't think this president will finish his term unless somehow they can delay it in Congress past the next three and a half years"..

The US State of Ohio is sending poor people with tiny debts to prison, making those debts even bigger. According to a report by the ACLU of Ohio, the state is putting people in jail for for not paying their debts. The study revealed that 1 of 5 people in Heron County prisons were behind bars due to failing to pay pending obligations even though the practice was outlawed in 1833.But Obama promised me everyones working in USA and our economy is great and booming with money for all. Oh wait.Throwing people in jail isn't a solution. It ends up costing working people more money to lock them up than it would to eat the cost of the debt.

"The FBI basically wants to require all of these companies to rewrite their code in order to enable more government surveillance. ... And in order to accomplish that, they would make the whole internet less secure."
