With only a few days left, voters will decide which way the United States presidential election will go - and the margin separating Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is slim.

In an interview with UpFront, Michael Moore, director of the film Michael Moore in Trumpland, warns young voters not to "compromise" and to "vote the way you think you should vote".

"I can already see the set-up happening here with some Democrats, where they're getting ready to blame the millennials if this thing goes south," says Moore. "We over 35, need to ... try to put our finger in this dam that's about ready to burst. That's our job, that's not the job of a 19-year-old."

What Moore gets wrong is that most firearms are simply used for sporting purposes including target shooting and hunting, not self defense. Target shooting is quite frankly a fun activity that kids and adults enjoy. 90% ownership, if his stat is even correct is meaningless. Those guns aren't used in crimes. All the gun crime is in Leftist areas that Moore caters too, namely cities over 250K residents. The 90% are responsibly owned. The other 10% are irresponsibly owned.

Michael Moore : NDAA is a Corporate Coup d'Etat

DemocracyNow.org - The ability of the U.S. government to jail people without charge or trial is now back in court. A group of reporters, scholars and activists are suing the Obama administration over the controversial provision in the National Defense Authorization Act, saying it could allow for the indefinite detention of journalists and others who interact with certain groups. On Wednesday, the Justice Department asked an appeals court to reverse a judge's earlier decision blocking indefinite detention, saying the ruling would hamper its ability to fight terrorism. On the same day, the Academy Award-winning filmmaker and activist Michael Moore and the case's lead plaintiff, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Chris Hedges, took part in a panel featuring some of those who were in the courtroom opposing the NDAA. We air excerpts of their remarks.
