it will go nuclear so long as they are safe, why would they go nuclear it's pretty simple, they need something that is so horrific, so the people will beg for peace and the solution would be the one government, which they intended in the first place so there you have it, problem reaction solution.
They need this big war in order to establish their one world gov, and to reduce the world's population which they consider as useless eaters.
