"We the People" should not be held responsible for the corruption of previous administrations that squandered and misappropriated our tax dollars,mostly in to their own pockets and/or the investments that the governing classes invested in,then voted for!!! If any old average American did this,they'd be in jail for "insider trading"! There's a reason that our Congresspeople average 75% of them being millionaires,compared to average Americans. Only less than 1% of all Americans make a million or more per year! Yet,we poor people,are the only ones paying the taxes that do not even begin to fund it's daily running! We and our future generations have been robbed by those who were most likely fraudulently elected,like the Clinton's,Bush's and Obama!!!
