Mr. Burack's comments concerning the brainwashing of the left and its consequences are right on the mark. I have a family member who is a self-proclaimed progressive and facts mean nothing to them. When you deal with people like this, the use of reason is futile. This, unfortunately, will result in either the right surrendering to them by incrementalism, or if the left pushes too far too fast, civil war. What I'm saying is that there is no way to reach these sad people.
