Anonymous is a loosely associated international network of activist and hacktivist entities. A website nominally associated with the group describes it as "an Internet gathering" with "a very loose and decentralized command structure that operates on ideas rather than directives".

The issue is really too many stupid breed. We set up incentives for them to do it long ago and they ran with it. Stupid people don't take advantage of free education offered to them. Training of Police have nothing to do with it, they are flat out outnumbered. Tax Payers are stretched to the hilt, there is no money left. We need to get rid of entitlements and allow Darwin's theory to take place. That is the only way this gets solved. Everybody has the right to start a family and they also have a responsibility to pay and take care of them. Having kids and sitting around waiting and expecting everybody else to pay and raise them doesn't work. See every inner city in America.
