Brexit Number Two -- The No Wins in Italy’s Constitutional Referendum

 Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is due to react to the result of the Italian referendum on constitutional reforms that took place in Italy on Sunday, December 4.

The reforms proposed by the prime minister would remove the so-called perfect bicameralism whereby the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate have equal powers within the legislative process.
