That national data base is not the records at your doctor or hospital but is used for medical treatment especiialy in ER;s after a close call n one ER in 2007 the hospiat told me what had occurred and it seems there is 4 other patients comingled with mine. One can not get a copy and there is no way to correct errors..... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE SECOND AMENDMENT.... ALL THE ONE WITH ACCESS HAS TO DO TO TAKE EVERYONES GUNS AWAY IS GO IN AND CHANGE EVERYONE;S RECORDS AND NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BUY A GUN AND OTHERS HAVE THEM TAKEN AWAY... Dr Karl Menneigner the famous psyshicatrist worte that 'ALL OF US ARE A LITLE CRAXY" AND THE ONE IN CONTOL OF THAT DATA BASE CAN MAKE IT SO MUCH CRAZY THAT NO ONE WILL KEEP THEIR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS. I DO NOT LIKE GUNS AND WHEN MY DAD TAUGHT ME HOW TO SHOOT AS A YOUNG PERSON, I LEAREND TO PLEASE HIM BUT HAVE NO DESIRE TO HAVE ONE... BUT I DO NOT WISH THE RIGHT. I JUST ASK OTHERS TO RESPECT THEM AS DEADLY FORCE AND LEARN HOW TO SAFELY HANDLE ONE ETC. REMEMBER SMALL CHILDREN CAN GET INTO ANYTHING WE THINK IS LOCKED UP AND SAFE...
