What the 1st Amendment Really Means -- Judge Napolitano

Judge Andrew Napolitano , the great constitutional scholar and legal analyst for Fox News, recently gave a dynamite talk to our Mises U students on the real meaning of the 1st Amendment. While many protections in the Bill of Rights have been almost completely eviscerated by a lawless federal government, the Judge finds reasons to be optimistic about the current state of free speech in America. In fact, he suggests that 1st Amendment freedoms actually may be expanding—even as much of the Constitution becomes a dead letter. This is a compelling talk you won't want to miss.

  1. THANK YOU YOUR HONOR, [A PLEASURE TO DECLARE IN TYPE "YOUR HONOR] FOR I FEEL EXCEPT IN SO FEW CASES THE ENTIRE CRIMINAL / CITATION / ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM IS "CRIMINAL" AND THE "FINES" ESPECIALLY ARE CRIMINAL THEFT THAT AT SOME POINT WILL BEGIN TO BUBBLE AND RATHER THAN "BOIL OVER" WILL FLASH EXPLODE HARMING SO MANY DEDICATED WHICH ARE BEING FORCED OUT OF THE VARIOUS SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENT. THE CRIMES OF CORPORATE MURDER GO UNPUNISHED AS FINES ONLY, [GREAT SOURCE OF PAYOLA FOR A COVER TO APPEAR JUSTICE IS BEING SERVED..YES COOKED...] ARE PAID BY HIGHER PRICES / STOCKHOLDER LESSENED DIVIDENDS, A GUT WRENCHING DISGUSTING TITLE "JUSTICE"
    A REPEAT, THANK YOU.
