ISIS claims responsibility for Germany train attack

German police believe an Afghan refugee who attacked people on a train was motivated by religious extremism. The 17-year-old armed himself with an axe and a knife, before attacking people in the carriage. Police have found a hand-painted ISIL flag in his home.
