HILLARY GETS AWAY WITH IT - "Extremely Careless" with Classified Emails, FBI Recommends No Charges
Speaker of the House Paul Ryan was floored by the FBI’s recommendation not to indict Hillary Clinton after Director James Comey laid out a powerful case against the Democrat presidential frontrunner.
Expressing deep concern for the erosion of the rule of law, Ryan said the FBI’s announcement “defies explanation,” and claimed Hillary “misled the American people when she was confronted with her criminal actions.”
“While I respect the professionals at the FBI, this announcement defies explanation. No one should be above the law,”
On Tuesday, FBI Director James Comey publicly presented the bureau’s case against Clinton, highlighting that several emails were marked classified when they were sent or received on her mobile devices or on her private servers. A January tweet from Hillary Clinton is resurfacing today following the FBI’s recommendation that no charges be filed over the former secretary of state’s email scandal.
There should be no bank too big to fail and no individual too big to jail,” the presidential candidate wrote nearly six months ago.
FBI Director James Comey seemingly admitted the opposite was true during a press conference in which he claimed anyone else would likely be held accountable for the same actions.
“To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences,” Comey said. “To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.” "Hillary Clinton" Clinton Investigation Email Server "Email Server" Computer Detail Process Charge Case Lawyer Law U.S. USA "United States" America Government 2016 2017 TRUMP "Donald Trump" Intelligence Work Job "Home Server" Storage Evidence PC Truth Exposed "PC Equipment" Anonymous Encryption Software Search "Data Recovery" Data Recovery History Historic Agency Information Privacy "Data Protection" Backup Cloud "Cloud Storage" "Elite NWO Agenda" Former Facebook product manager Antonio Garcia MartÃnez, who worked for the company between 2011 and 2013, has written a tell-all exposé in which he divulges how Mark Zuckerberg’s empire is “akin to a cult” run by “sociopaths in hoodies” who make “Gordon Gekko look like Ghandi.”
“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” Comey said at a press conference. People who leak to media outlets for the selfless purpose of informing the public — Daniel Ellsberg, Tom Drake, Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden — face decades in prison. Those who leak for more ignoble and self-serving ends — such as enabling hagiography (Leon Panetta, David Petraeus) or ingratiating oneself to one’s mistress (Petraeus) — face career destruction, though they are usually spared if they are sufficiently Important-in-D.C. For low-level, powerless Nobodies-in-D.C., even the mere mishandling of classified information — without any intent to leak but merely to, say, work from home — has resulted in criminal prosecution, career destruction, and the permanent loss of security clearance.
