"It's common sense"......yes Mr. Trump, unfortunately many people, including this guy interviewing you, don't have it. If they can't see any way how the judge's Mexican heritage might affect his decision making, they are pretty dumb. Or it's possible that the judge just doesn't like Trump. Why else do you keep a case open when the main plaintiff drops out?
