World Government wants to create Chaos in Libya using ISIS

Fighting has intensified between Libyan forces and groups affiliated to ISIL near the northwestern city of Misrata, in Sirte. Libyan forces say they have made gains and reversed ISIL advances. But differences still remain between the UN-backed government in Tripoli and forces loyal to politicians based in Tobruk. Osama Bin Javaid reports.
