ISIS gaining ground in Libya








The local government in the Libyan city of Misrata is appealing for help to deal with an influx of displaced people. Thousands of Libyans have been forced from their homes as the Islamic State of Libya and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group tries to advance on more areas. Fighting between government forces and ISIL are continuing near the fighters’ stronghold in Sirte. Al Jazeera’s Osama Bin Javaid explains.
