National disasters? Weather is a national disaster? Only when people build in floodplains. It's weather doing what it has always done and it rains, the wind blows, lightning flashes, thunder booms, there is no national disaster about it. People who build in flood plains, low lying land, on the side of mountains of dirt, or smack on the coast line should ALWAYS expect the weather to mess up their land and homes.
