US President Barack Obama warned that "the danger of a terrorist group obtaining and using a nuclear weapon is one of the greatest threats to global security," during the opening plenary of the fourth and last Nuclear Security Summit (NSS), starting on Friday in Washington D.C. The president praised the work of several countries like Argentina, Switzerland and Uzbekistan as they "successfully eliminated all their highly enriched uranium," adding that he is pleased that "China and the United States are cooperating on nuclear security."
