‘ISIS Bank’ Bombed in US Airstrike

A US airstrike blew up an ISIS building in central Mosul, Iraq where the terrorist group stored millions of dollar in cash to finance their operations, according to US defense officials. It is unknown exactly how much money was in the facility. Will additional US airstrikes on financial targets like this one affect ISIS’s ability to function as a state-like entity?
