I don't believe they have a hydrogen bomb, but why shouldn't they? If nutcase America can have them why shouldn't North Korea have them? After all America has thousands and has used nukes to vaporize hundreds of thousands of people, so it seems reasonable to me for North Korea to blow them up if they try another invasion as they did in 1950, when North Korea and China removed them with conventional weapons.
