ISIS claims responsibility for Paris attacks, calls France a 'top target’

 The Islamic State on Saturday claimed responsibility for the Paris terror attacks that killed at least 128 people. It also said France would remain a top target as long as the country continues its anti-ISIL air campaign in Syria and Iraq.
