War Criminal Finally Tony Blair apologizes for invasion of Iraq

And finally a belated apology from Britain's former Prime Minister Tony Blair for the invasion of Iraq. In an interview with the CNN, Blair apologized for what he called mistakes in planning and understanding the consequences of removing former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussain. Blair admitted that the invasion of Iraq has been one of the principal causes of the rise of Daesh terrorists. He added that those who invaded Iraq in 2003 are partly responsible for the current situation there. Blair’s apology is thought to have been triggered by new revelations that he ignored warnings about the security consequences of invading Iraq. Over the past 12 years, Blair had repeatedly stated that the invasion of Iraq was right and a source of pride.
