 October 29 -- It's probably safe to say that it's the pay that attracts people to banking. Most of that reward has historically come from the yearly bonus. The vast sums awarded came under closer scrutiny following the 2008 economic crash, meaning they're not so safe anymore, as Bloomberg's Tom Gibson reports.
