Putin Warns : America is not Cooperating in the War against ISIS in Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized the United States for its reluctance to share intelligence about ISIL targets in Syria with Russia. He made the comments at an investment forum in Moscow. Putin also stressed that his country is going to contribute to the international fight against terrorism until the threat is eliminated.
