The FRENCH bank BNP Parisbas is fined by AMERICA for NOT following the sanctions of AMERIA against certain countries like Russia, Iran, N.Korea etc. The GERMAN bank Commerz Banke is going to be fined by AMERICA. Euro zone housing market is not recovering. US retail sales decline and miss expectations. Business inventories grow at the slowest pace. Empire manufacturing implodes signalling a collapse.
