 ISIS fighters are infiltrating Syrian refugees, according to Lebanese education minister Elias Bousaab who warned British Prime Minister David Cameron that two out of every 100 migrants coming from Syria are members of ISIS and that the extremist group is sending trained jihadists “under cover” to attack targets in the West.
