Footage: 3,000 migrants rescued off Libya

The Italian Coast Guard released footage on Thursday showing some of the dramatic rescues of thousands of migrants off the coast of Libya over the weekend. One video shows the Coast Guard approaching two sinking rubber dinghies, each packed with over 100 migrants. Rescuers are seen throwing life jackets toward the boats as Coast Guard divers jump into the sea.
