Extreme Weather Manipulation August 2015

 Climate engineering, also referred to as geoengineering, is the deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system. Scott Stevens for a discussion on how the Earth's weather systems are being deliberately manipulated. He also talked about the origins of secret weather modification and the agenda behind it.

Stevens gave updates and predicted an oscillating cycle of droughts and floods over the next few years, deep cold affecting the east coast and northern United States, and difficulties with crops in the middle of the country. Ultimately, he theorized that goal of the weather manipulation program is to justify a carbon tax imposed on the citizenry of the planet.
