China False Flag Explosion -- White foam after rain in Tianjin causes public concern

 With people in Tianjin concerned after Tuesday’s rains resulted in white foam appearing on the streets, experts from the Tianjin Environment Bureau have assured the public that the city’s air quality is safe. Residents in the Binhai New Area, where the warehouse explosions occurred, saw white foam on the streets as it began raining on Tuesday. Some even reported seeing white powder stains being left behind left on windows after the showers stopped.
