Back in the 60's and 70's they seeded clouds here in California. We
had massive amounts of rain, and many people died/missing from a flood
in Hidden Springs, near where I lived in Tujunga, Ca. As far as I could
tell cloud seeding was a large success. Why have they stopped using this
process, killing civilians never stopped our Government before.
This appears to be a Government sanctioned drought.
