    Of course, TPTB (psycopathic 'elite') need Disorder first (break down what exists) in order to bring in their new 'Order' (One World Government/microchipped depopulated humans/'smart' - spy - meters/UN Agenda 21/serfdom/an end to the middle class of the first world and an end to private property and individual freedom.
