The change is the opposing forces that prevail over the defense forces and this enables the system to evolve. Minds probably run systems they do not mind controlled, devices do. And this is the system that as it creates devices its use is put into a wrong path and the opposite forces balance it. A wobbling if you like by which for some reason an equilibrium is desire; perhaps even a global equilibrium. It reasons as this is this moment.
