On September 28, 2015 the moon will be at its closest to earth that month. The moon on this day just happens to be a full moon. Interestingly, there will be a total lunar eclipse this day as well. On top of that it will be Sukkot, the feast of Tabernacles. This is the fourth blood moon in the coming prophetic lunar tetrad. An Elohim produced heavenly sign? I should say so!
