the "key" to be free is to become Aware and Responsible… to live from inside-out… and not the other way around… to accept the fact that we (each one of us) create our own "reality" by our thoughts and that we do have control on our thoughts… thus, we better start exercising this control, individually… and we should individually mind our own steps instead of always being concerned about what others do: this is IRRELEVANT and should not impact our thoughts… Do you understand what I mean?

People have been dealing with same thimgs ¡f you look into history. Imagine the Romans in the gladitorial games.
Anything there not as bad as what is going on today.
The wars from thousands of years ago could kill 20, 30, or 50 thousands of people killed in a day. Christian emperor Constantine killed thousands in one day in the arena. Politics, wars, intrigues, tortures, religious genocide etc. Today is not anything worse then before. Go through history, human beings have always been awful but you make the mistake to think that these things are new to our times. Alexander of Macedon, Napoleón, Atilla, Huns, Vandals, inquisitions and crusades, Mongols. We have always been horrible, but you have forgoten the past.
Yes today is TERRIBLE AND FALSE, but it has ALWAYS BEEN that way. The dissappointing thing is that our societies have not advanced but are the same.
