 David Petraeus admitted today that he gave highly-classified journals to his former lover and lied to the FBI about it. However, the former Army general and CIA director is being permitted by the Obama Justice Department to plead guilty to a misdemeanor that will not involve a jail sentence and will end the criminal investigation into his mishandling of highly classified information.
