A Closter couple with a 15-month-old son were found stabbed to death last night in what authorities said was a murder-suicide. The parents of Michael Tabacchi, 27, found his body and the body of 41-year-old Denise Iran Pars Tabacchi after receiving a text around 11 p.m. according to the Bergen County Prosecutor. The couple were married last May.The baby was unharmed and is now with its paternal grandparents. Both were taken to Englewood Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead. The Medical Examiner was conducting an autopsy to determine the sequence of events. Property records for the house, at 595 High Street, at the corner of Piermont Road, show Michael Tabacchi as a co-owner; a $360,000 sale is recorded in November of 2013.
