In this Minsk "truce" I don't know what to call it, $40 billion was
promised to Ukraine, $17 billion I believe from the IMF and the other
$23 billion from who? US spent $5 Billion to setup the Ukraine Putsch
from the getgo last Febuary. So yeah no money for US domesticaly but we
can spend like a drunken sailor in Ukranine, Syrai, afghanistan, bribes
to Pakistan, Christmas gifts to ISIS before they turned on us. LOL Who
runs this shit? The Puppet?
